After buses remained off road for 24 hours, HRTC joint coordination committee (JCC) called off two-day statewide strike after HP High Court termed their strike as illegal and ordered to resume services. The bus services on all routes were resumed on Wednesday. The committee said that the authorities failed to inform the employees about court orders timely. The JCC alleged the government and HRTC for the suffering of both employees and public due to shutdown of bus services. Again, the talks between administration and delegation union leaders failed to reach at any conclusion.
