Monsoon remains active in Himachal, more rains predicted this week

While Shimla received a window of one day, several other parts of the State were lashed by heavy monsoon rains. Dharamsala recorded highest rainfall at 136 mm, while Ponta Sahib and Sundernagar recorded only 12 mm rainfall.  Monsoon still remains active in the region and caused drop in mercury.  Met predicted more rains and thunderstorm  in various parts during next six days.
